Q: Does you site have
recommended desktop settings?
A: The wdnetwork is best viewed at 1024 x 768 or higher. However, it works
fine at lower settings.
Q: What browsers do you
support?
A: The wdnetwork supports all browsers, mac as well. If you have any issues,
please contact us.
Q: Is your site secure?
A: Yes, we encrypt all vital information and use Verisign
as our preferred provider for all membership transactions.
Q: Can I advertise on your
site?
A: Yes, contact us

Q: I keep getting errors, when I try to
submit forms. Why?
A: Due to the nature of web browsers you are sometimes "timed out"
of your session. 90% of the time a simple "LOGOUT" and
"LOGIN" will cure the trouble.
Q: Why do I have to log back in if I was away
from my desk for awhile?
A: The site will automatically log you out after 15 minutes of inactivity to
free up resources for other users. Just log back in.
Q: I have seemed to lost my
username or password, can you help?
A: Yes, if you have just lost your password, simply check the box "Send
my Password" on the login page and then click "Login", your
username and password will be sent to your email address on file. If you
have lost your username, contact us
Q: I enter my password, but I
keep getting the Login screen. Why?
A: Remember passwords are case sensitive. Is your caps lock on? If this
doesn't help, contact us.
Q: I need to talk to someone
right away. Is there a phone number?

Q: What's
the deal with the FREE drawing?

choose "myname_wdn" as my log in to Yahoo! Messenger!?
A: Yahoo! Messenger!
has millions of members already registered. By using the format
that we describe, you are virtually assured that your username will be
unique. Also, it quickly identifies dealers or vendors to other members in
an effort to locate the supplier that a member may want to
communicate with.
Q: I am having trouble
understanding or installing Yahoo! Messenger!, can you help?
A: As we offer this as a convenience to our members, we do not offer support
for this product. However, you can contact one of your dealers or vendors
who have YM installed for help in adding them to your "friend's
list" or you can obtain answers by visiting the "help" that
is located on the top of the Yahoo! Messenger! page.

Q: Why isn't my website
address "clickable" on my listing page?
A: Edit your listing, but do not include "http://" in it. It
should be "www.yoursite.com" (or .net or .whatever)
Q: Why isn't my email
"clickable" on my listing page?
A: Edit your listing, making sure that it is accurate,
"yourname@yourprovider.com" (or .net or .whatever)
Q: The detail of my listing
is not the way that I wanted it, can I change It?
A: Edit your listing, making sure it is the way that you want it. You can do
this as many times as you like.
Q: I have filled my job
position (sold my item, event is over, etc.), why won't people stop
contacting me?
A: Delete your listing.
Q:
How can I include an image in my "for sale" listing?
A: Save the image as a .jpg and include it as an attachment in an email to us. Remember to send
the details of the item for sale as well, so that we can identify which
listing to associate it with. There is no charge for this.

Q: Why must I enter my zip code when I want
to locate a part?
A: By entering this information, the locator can identify dealers that are
closest to you, making your searches more relevant.
Q: Ok, I've found a dealer who has my part.
Now what?
A: Click on the "Contact Info" icon on the left side of the page
(you may need to scroll right to see this depending on your desktop size
settings) to open the dealer's contact info. Some dealers may also have the
"Order" icon active. Click on this to send an order directly to
the dealer.
Q: I am having other troubles
with the locator, can you help?
A: As we offer this as a convenience to our members, we do not offer support
for this product. However, you can obtain most answers by visiting the
"help" link that is located on the top of the Partsvoice
Locator page.

Terms and Conditions
1. Liability Limit.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SITE, OUR SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE). OUR LIABILITY, AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAY TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, AND (B) $100. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
2. Listing and Selling.
Listing Description. You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on the Site. You must describe your item and all terms of sale on the listing page of the Site. Your listings may only include text descriptions, graphics, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of that item. All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category. All items in multiple item listings must be identical.
3. Information Control.
We do not control the information provided by other users that is made available through our system. You may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution, common sense, and practice safe trading when using the Site. Please note that there are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretense. Additionally, there may also be risks dealing with international trade and foreign nationals. By using this Site, you agree to accept such risks and
WDNetwork is not responsible for the acts or omissions of users on the Site.
4. Release.
Because we are a venue, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release
WDNetwork (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."
5. General.
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California as
such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within
California between California residents. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted
or secure access to our services, and operation of the Site may be interfered with by
numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be
invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining
provisions shall be enforced.
6. Expulsion from Site.
WDNetwork reserves the right to ban any user who violates these terms
and conditions as well as any other gross misconduct as we see fit.
